NIGHT SKINCARE ROUTINE

Double cleanse – Tone – Serum – Deep hydrating moisturiser or a repair moisturiser that promotes healing.

You can use actives like retinol, hydroxy acids or other skin brighteners during the night skincare regimen.

LIFESTYLE

Already uninterested in the rest? 🙁 Don’t stop now. These 3 factors may seem like a small thing, but most people fail at this.

Although external care is important, you may not achieve desired results with unhealthy habits.

A unhealthy lifestyle messes up not only your biological clock, it affects your hormone levels and cell regeneration process.

SLEEP

We are too used to late night programs, and spending long hours on our phones which disrupts the natural sleep cycle. So, the first thing you need to do is sleep early and on time.

Proper sleep ensures cell repair and regeneration which is essential for the healthy functioning of your body and clear radiant skin.

Sleep deprivation makes you cranky and stressed out.

Apart from serious health concerns related to sleep, you also end up with dark circles and lifeless skin.

No matter how costly your skin care products are, to see visible results you need to sort out the internal issues first.

Without sleep and a proper diet, achieving a healthy glowing skin is still a long way ahead.

DIET

Cut down on sugars, oily foods and carbs.

Include lots of veggies, seasonal fruits and nuts. Wash them thoroughly before use to get rid of pesticides.

If needed, You can take supplements like biotin for healthy hair and nails.

Drink lots of liquid to hydrate your body from within and flush out toxins.

You can sip on green tea and other herbal teas, coconut water or even lemon water.

EXERCISE

Exercise for 30 minutes a day.

Choose a workout that you enjoy doing. That is key in sticking to the regimen for a long time.

Motivate yourself and resist that voice in your head that says, You cannot do it or Let’s just start tomorrow.

If you want to lose weight, follow a healthy routine instead of fad diets and extreme workouts as, it may have a negative effect on your skin and muscle tone.

Sudden weight loss may result in sagging skin and may give off an aged look even though you may only be in your twenties.

A simple 30 minute workout and counting your calorie intake work efficiently in the long run. Try to lose no more than 4kg per month.
