Not Moisturising Properly
Every skin needs moisturising likewise every skin needs a different type of moisturiser.
Those with oily skin should opt for water based gel moisturisers while those with dry skin can choose cream based moisturisers.
Sensitive skin can go for aloe vera or oats based moisturisers Like DermaDew, Elovera or Aderma.

Improper Skin Care Routine
Sleeping with your makeup on is a complete no-no. Cleanse you face of all the makeup, dirt and impurities so that your pores are not clogged. Clogged pores lead to acne.

Dead skin cells make the skin look dull and may slow down the cell turn over rate. You can use a physical exfoliator like nut shells, oats, sugar or go for chemicals exfoliators like glycolic acid face wash or peels.

Anaemia is a condition where you do not have enough hemoglobin in your blood. Lack of hemoglobin means the oxygen cannot be carried throughout the body properly. Those who have anaemia have a very unhealthy pale colour.
Try to have iron rich foods in your diet like leafy greens, pumpkin seeds, organ meat, and legumes.
Remember, too much iron also causes skin darkening as they boost melanin production.
Vitamins like vitamin B and vitamin C are crucial for maintaining healthy skin. They help promote collagen production that in turn keeps lines and wrinkles at bay. They also give a youthful appearance to our skin.
Deficiency of vitamin C may show symptoms like dull and dry skin while vitamin B deficiency may lead to hyper pigmentation.
Vitamin E and vitamin C work well together. They help brighten and even tone our skin while also neutralising free radicals.
Try to have a well balanced diet. Include whole grains, leafy greens and seasonal fruits in your diet. Taking a multivitamin tablet may also help.
Changes in progesterone and estrogen levels may lead to an over production of the melanin pigment. This can cause hyperpigmentation on certain areas or dark patches on the skin.
Hormonal imbalances can happen during pregnancy, menupause or even when you are a teenager. These hormonal imbalances might make your skin super oily. Oily skin usually struggles with acne and acne scars. If you have open pores, they may look bigger too.

Water is essential for the skin to appear plumper. it also helps wash out toxins from your body.
Stress causes the hormone cortisol to be released in to the blood stream. Cortisol interferes with the normal functions of our body. it slows down the skin repairing process and skin cell turn over rate which leads to dull skin, acne and premature ageing.
Try going for a facial or a spa.
Massaging will definitely help you relax. You may also choose meditation or yoga as a means of calming your nerves.
Sometimes hitting on a punching bag helps me get rid of all the negative emotions. So i always like to work out and exhaust myself as a means of relieving stress. 🙂

Lack Of Sleep
