Skin Type – Normal sensitive but prone to dryness in winter
Benton aloe propolis soothing gel is non oily, non-sticky and also free from artificial fragrance which makes it suitable for all skin types. It is a light weight transparent gel with a smooth watery consistency. It spreads easily and gets absorbed quickly without leaving a sticky layer behind.
Benton aloe propolis soothing gel helps hydrate and soothe my sensitive skin. It does help relieve itching, burning sensation and redness. I keep this in the refrigerator which makes it feel extra soothing on my skin. This along with the Cosrx snail mucin essence greatly helped repair my skin barrier and calm down any inflammation and redness that I had. To be honest, my skin had never been better. It is certainly not perfect but I am slowly getting there.
Dry skin beauties can use this gel with another layer of deep moisturiser(occlusive) on top to lock the moisture in. You could also mix a couple of drops of your favourite oil with this and apply to ensure proper moisturisation and take care of any dry patches. When it comes to normal-oily skin, the aloe vera gel by itself might be sufficient in moisturising your skin for the whole day.
I used the aloe vera gel twice daily and the tube still lasted 3 months. I also loved making face masks with this. These face masks did help freshen, soothe and brighten my skin after a long tiring day.
