My Experience

Skin Type – Normal Sensitive

Although biotique claims to be an all natural product, i personally do not think that is the case. The scent could be due to artificial fragrance rather than pure sandalwood oil. The ingredient list does not mention sandalwood oil either.

Biotique morning nectar flawless skin moisturizer has a lotion like consistency which neither too thick or thin and it does gets absorbed easily.

It is slightly greasy when i apply a pea size amount but in small amounts, it does not feel heavy or oily at all. Only a little product goes a long way in case of Biotique morning nectar flawless skin moisturizer.

This moisturiser is particularly gentle on my sensitive skin. My skin did not have any breakouts so far. It smells like sandalwood, the scent lingers for quite a while before fading. Biotique Morning nectar flawless skin moisturiser is little bit thicker compared to Biotique winter cherry body lotion.

Results

Biotique Morning Nectar Flawless Skin Moisturizer  moisturises the skin properly. It does hydrate the skin for longer periods of time. I am not sure not the summer season though. I have used it in rainy season and during winter. It did not make me sweat but i can feel it on my skin. It could be due to my DIY green tea toner which has honey as a moisturiser.

I did not see any brightening or skin lightening effects after using this moisturiser. It is a good budget moisturiser that suits normal to dry skin. I would not suggest this for oily, acne prone skin as the whole ingredient list is not available and hence it may contain comedogenic ingredients. Better to go for gel (Water) based moisturisers instead.

I feel like this moisturiser might make me sweat in the summers. If i take more than a pea size amount, it makes my skin greasy, sticky and uncomfortable. Just be careful of that.

As a body lotion, Biotique Morning Nectar Flawless Skin Moisturizer  is just perfect for my normal skin. It gets absorbed easily and moisturises for a long time. It is not greasy or sticky so i prefer to use it as a body lotion.
