How to use a sheet mask?
1. Arrange skin texture with toner
2. Take out the sheet and remove the film
3. Spread over face, adjusting from eyes to nose
4. Take off after 10~20 minutes and tap lightly to absorb essence
Do we need to rinse/wash our face after using sheet mask?
The answer is no, The essence should be left overnight for maximum benefit. You may have to remove the sheet mask in twenty minutes though.
Some sheet mask are sticky and heavy so better apply it at night. When i apply a sheet mask in the morning, I end up washing my face after a couple of hours.
Masks like Innisfree Rice sheet mask is one such sheet mask. Use at night for better results
Can we use a sheet mask everyday?
This depends on your skin type. Although moisturising and soothing sheet masks can be used everyday, Do not go for deep pore purifying and skin detoxifying sheet masks everyday. Over exfoliating your skin may cause irritation and excess oiliness which is the last thing you want.
