Round Lab 1025 Dokdo Toner Review – I am here with a review of a soothing toner from the well known Korean brand Round Lab. They have various product lines, like the 1025 Dokdo line with mineral-rich seawater and the Birch Juice line with moisturizing silver birch sap. ROUND LAB also offers skin-soothing products like the Mugwort Calming Cleanser, Toner, and Mask, all made with mugwort.

BENEFITS
- Increased blood circulation
- Increased cell immunity
- Gentle exfoliation
- Rejuvenation of skin cells
- Improvement in Eczema and other skin troubles
- Anti-aging properties from natural minerals
HOW TO USE
After cleansing, use a cotton pad soaked with toner to gently swipe it all over your face. Alternatively, you can pour the toner onto your palm and apply it to your face. If you have irritated or congested skin, leave the soaked cotton pads on the affected area for as long as you are comfortable. Since I am always using the smallest size, I can just pour the toner directly on to my cheeks and use my fingers to gently massage it in. I avoid using a cotton pad to prevent wasting the product.

REVIEW
Skin Type – Normal Sensitive
Do you have sensitive skin? If so, you know the struggle of finding non-irritating products. If you are someone with a damaged skin barrier, then this might work beautifully for you. I use this along with Purito centella soothing toner which is another favourite of mine. It soothes and nourishes the skin without causing irritation. Its exfoliating effects are gentle, but you might not see a significant difference because it lacks AHA/BHA/PHA ingredients.
CONSISTENCY
The Round Lab 1025 Dokdo toner has a very light weight consistency. Since it is very watery, you can layer the toner multiple times without feeling sticky.
The toner is lightweight and provides sufficient hydration for the summer. You can layer it multiple times, and it keeps your skin hydrated throughout the day, which works well for my normal skin. I typically use this toner along with the Goodal Vit C serum and follow it with a moisturizing lotion from Round Lab.
It claims to control excess sebum, but I cannot comment on that as I do not have oily skin.
WHO CAN USE THIS PRODUCT?
This product is suitable for individuals with sensitive or damaged skin barriers. If your skin is irritated from exfoliation or retinol use, or if you cannot tolerate AHA/BHA or other acids, this toner is a good option. It offers gentle exfoliation while also providing soothing, hydrating, and nourishing benefits for the skin.
The Round Lab Dokdo toner might be too mild and not provide enough hydration for those with dry skin, even when applied in multiple layers. You might find a toner with a thicker texture or one containing hyaluronic acid to be more suitable for your needs.
