I am here with another product from Juicy Chemistry which claims to be purely organic. It is the Juicy Chemistry Red Raspberry Seed & Spearmint Day Cream. Let’s see if this cream delivers results.

Our day cream combines the natural skin protecting benefits of red raspberry seed and carrot seed oil.
Both these miracle ingredients contain natural SPF (between 25 and 50) and they are harnessed in this cream to protect you against UVA, UVB, and UVC rays.
This cream also doubles up as a moisturiser. Less than a pea-size amount required as the cream is not laden with synthetic additives or water.
Made with a blend of pure nut butters and rich oils, the cream may feel oily on the skin if excess applied.
So if you’ve forgotten your umbrella before you go outside, no problem, just slap this cream on!

My experience
The Juicy Chemistry Red Raspberry Seed & Spearmint Day Cream looks like frozen coconut oil. When rubbed between your hands, it melts quickly. This takes some time to get absorbed. It’s better to use juicy Chemistry powder along with it or any other compact.
I quite like the spearmint smell, remind me of center fresh or some other candy.
I would suggest not dropping it just because it’s oily. It’s ingredients and benefits are so good, so give it a chance. If you have dry patches this might feel like it just sits on top but overtime the dryness would subside and heal.
Personally i can’t use this without compact. My skin looks dull and oily if I do so. But with compact powder, it sets right in. I do not feel it on my skin either. And I got tanned when using this cream along with the day serum. So i suggest adjusting your routine accordingly. I don’t use this whenever i’m going out and switch it with a sunscreen with spf 50.
Juicy Chemistry Red Raspberry Seed & Spearmint Day Cream did not break me out. So it does work well on sensitive skin. My husband is using this cream now. It doesn’t look oily on his normal to dry skin and he liked the smell too which is rare.
I won’t be buying this again for me but maybe for my husband. I’m currently researching how to get Korean glass like skin. Their skin definitely look quite stunning and perfect. So i keep trying different routines to improve my skin texture rather than my skin tone.

Conclusion
This works well by moisturising dry skin.If you are using the day and night cream along with the serum from the same brand then stick to it for a considerable amount of time as every skin reacts differently.
Organic products take time to show results. Be patient. Don’t replace your sunscreen and depend solely on this for sun protection though.
