The Juicy Chemistry Cell Construction Night Repair Serum is a thin non oily serum which gets absorbed into your skin easily. Although it appears colourless due to the lighting in the below photo, it has a slight yellow tinge to it.

This beneficial and fast-absorbing serum is suitable for normal to oily skin type. It is not suitable for acne prone and sensitive skin type. It is an essential overnight beauty oil to reduce acne marks, pigmentation, dark spots, dull and ageing skin. Rich in fatty acids, hydrates dry skin while, antioxidant-rich carrot seed oil moisturizes and heals skin and also helps protect skin cells, reduces acne blemishes, appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

How to Use Juicy Chemistry Cell Construction Night Repair Serum:
Post washing your face with our cleanser, use our hydrating toner and wait for it to get completely absorbed. Take 2 Drops and apply directly to face. Massage gently paying special attention to troubled spots. Use every night before bed and leave overnight.

Helichrysum Essential Oil:
It enables the skin to retain moisture, and prevents cracking of the skin. It also helps increase the turnover of skin cells, thereby helping the fading of scars.
Neroli Essential Oil:
It is one of the few essential oils that increases the production of serotonin in the brain, thus creating a feeling of being contented and cheerful. Neroli works towards promoting cell growth thereby helping towards scar healing and marks. It also fights infections and soothes inflammation.
Carrotseed Essential Oil:
This pale, yellow oil is rich in carotene and Vitamin A. It is excellent for dry, itchy skin and helps to heal burns. It also acts as a great conditioner for hair and skin and it is an excellent moisturiser for mature skin.
Frankincense Essential Oil:

Our experience:
Sensitive normal skin: No allergic reaction to patch test
I have used a serum before though not an organic one. The first time i used this, i was on retinol. Accidentally i used it on my skin without giving any thought and it immediately turned red. I stopped using the night serum for the next few days and let my skin peeling subside. I used only skin repair creams to heal during that period.

I tried the Juicy Chemistry Cell Construction Night Repair Serum again but this time i ended up with red bumps near my eyebrows just after using for 3 days. So i stopped again and applied acne medicated cream. I decided not to give up. The third time i tried, my skin was fine with it.
I don’t have acne prone skin but is extremely sensitive to new products. Maybe the oils were too concentrated for my skin. I haven’t tried layering other products with this as it might cause a reaction. I like the day serum from juicy chemistry better than this one though. My skin was absolutely fine with it. Maybe i will use it as a night serum too.
As i was having many issues with this serum, i conveniently gave this serum to my husband. 🙂

Juicy Chemistry Cell Construction Night Repair Serum worked beautifully on his skin. There was not any oiliness to be felt after applying the serum. It helped hydrate and even out the skin tone. Rather than just the brightening effect, It helps with the skin texture. Maybe it is due to its hydrating properties, the serum did show results on his skin. The smell was the only thing he complained about. It has a strong fragrance of essential oils. Some people might get a headache if you are really sensitive to smell. But the serum did help reduce pigmentation on his neck with which he was having problem with.

From our experience, the serum takes some time to show results as is the case in any other organic product. I haven’t switched to a complete organic skincare routine. Sadly, This serum does not suit sensitive skin. It would be really great if it works for you. I have yet to find a HG night serum that works.
