Banana mashed – 2 teaspoon
Honey – 1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil – 1.2 teaspoon (Optional)
For Oily Skin, You may eliminate olive oil and add lemon juice.in this recipe.
Milk Powder And Clay Face Pack For Oily Skin
Adding 1 teaspoon of fuller’s earth to this face pack helps with controlling excess sebum.
- Milk powder – 2 teaspoon
- Fuller’s earth – 1 teaspoon (Multani mitti)
- Banana mashed – 2 teaspoon
- Honey – 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice – 1/2 of one
Add rose water as needed.to mix the face pack together.
Milk Powder And lemon Juice Face Pack To Lighten Dark Spots And Marks
The below face pack may not suitable for sensitive skin. But it helps to lighten skin tone and removes tan effectively.
- Milk Powder – 2 teaspoon
- Curd – 2 teaspoon
- Lime juice – 1 teaspoon
Milk Powder Green Tea Face pack For Anti ageing And Mature Skin
- Milk Powder – 2 teaspoon
- Oats – 2 teaspoon (Ground oats or cooked)
- Green tea – 1 bag of used green tea
- Rice flour – 1 teaspoon
- Rose water – as needed
Mature skin may add half a teaspoon of olive oil to the above.
My Experience
Skin Type – Normal sensitive
This face pack helps nourish, hydrate and brighten my skin. This leaves my skin soft and glowing. It does help remove sun tan and does not irritate sensitive skin. I really do not have enough words to praise this face pack.
This milk face pack can be applied daily which is what i did for the past two weeks. This has become my go to face pack during the winter season. I have always loved to include a fruit in my face pack to nourish and add that extra antioxidant benefit.
Banana has vitamin c and B6 which helps lighten skin while providing anti ageing benefits. It helps hydrate your skin too which is essential for clear glowing skin.
You may go for papaya, banana or cucumber depending on your skin. Honey is anti inflammatory and also a good moisturiser. It does help soften the skin and soothe irritations too.
There wasn’t any need to add water to this face pack as everything blended together well.
Once it is dried, it may seem like a hassle to wash the face pack off. You have to keep massaging until the pack loosens to wash it off. I have not tried applying a very thin layer though. That may solve the problem. Considering the goodness of this face pack, i do not really mind that.
