Skin type – Normal sensitive
Until the past couple of weeks my skin had gone wild from normal to an oily T- zone. I even got acne on my nose. I used Neem face pack and Fenugreek face pack to let it heal and refrained from using other skin care products. The pimples have dried up but there is still a light scar visible. It is fading and will take another week or so untill it disappears completely.
Rather than using a face pack focused on lightening acne scars, i opted for ingredients that help soothe, calm and lighten my skin tone at the same time. This face pack has an exfoliating effect and hence the skin definitely appears smoother and softer to touch.:) It does relieve redness and itching on my sensitive skin.
Most of the ingredients are rich in antioxidants so it is suitable for preventing sun damage as it neutralises free radicals. Neutralising free radicals prevents collagen break down.and the damage it could have done to our DNA. Because of this action, antioxidants are able to protect our skin and delay the ageing process.
Even though tomato helps with hyper pigmentation problem, it takes a long time to see results. Those who want faster results can try dermatologist recommended creams like SkinBless Lite or Sabi -Glow. Those who have followed me may already know that these were prescribed to my mom at different times and it certainly worked for her.
