We are going to see Aroma magic bridal glow facial kit review that came along with the 5 in 1 facial kit. I have reviewed all the other facial kits from Aroma magic in the past few months.

I usually use a ‘single use facial kit’ for me and my husband. The review is based on both our experiences. You can find the pros and cons of this facial kit and our experiences towards the end of this article. 🙂

Aroma Magic Bridal Glow Facial Kit includes 7 steps which are,

This 7- step facial is formulated to enhance natural glow and impart dazzling radiance to the brides. The unique ingredients counteract the damage caused by pollution and stress and leave the skin revitalised and polished.

Step 1 – Cleanser

Clean face with this facial cream cleanser for 3 minutes. Wipe off with damp cotton.

Ingredients

Natural extracts of Turmeric, Rose, Lemon Peel, pure essential oils of Geranium, Lavendar, Ylang Ylang & Vegetable Waxes.

My Experience

This cleanser is so creamy. As you can see, it is white in colour and has a pleasant fragrance. The cleanser being of creamy texture, It is certainly easier to massage in small circular motions. It does remove dirt and dust. I did not try with makeup on and hence cannot comment on whether it would remove makeup completely.

Exfoliating Gel

Apply the exfoliating gel all over face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 10 minutes.
Scrub off with dry fingers for 3 minutes in gentle circular motion. Wipe off with damp cotton.

Ingredients

Extracts of Peppermint, Sage, Cornflower, Fruity acids of Sugarcane and pure essential oils of Peppermint, Orange & Lavender.

My Experience

The exfoliating gel is pale pink in colour and has a strong peppermint fragrance. I applied it and left it on for 10 minutes. When it dries, rub it off. This process pulls off all the dead skin cells and remaining dirt.

My upper lip area did become numb after i applied this. But my skin was not irritated at all.

Remember to always apply a thin layer of exfol gel.

Applying too much would make it difficult to dry and you cannot scrub it off. I made that mistake once. It just would not dry or get absorbed no matter how long i waited.

Steam you face now and remove blackheads/whiteheads before you continue. 

You can also use a Nose strip (I use this for my husband’s stubborn blackheads) before starting the facial and skip this step all together. Both methods works well.

Although it is optional, it is better it you steam your face. It ensures better absorption and extracting blackheads would be easier too.

Revitalising Skin Serum

Apply a layer the serum all over face and neck and leave it on for 3 minutes.

Ingredients

Apricot, Elder Flower, Carrot, Basil Jasmine, Organic Fruit Acid.

My Experience

The serum is clear and non oily. It does get absorbed easily when massaged for a couple of minutes. 3 minutes after applying, i massaged the serum in a circular and upward direction towards the forehead.

Hydroxy acids in this serum help brighten the skin and remove tan. Unfortunately neither did it brighten my skin nor did it remove tan. 🙁 I did wait for two days to see some changes but these hydroxy acids did not work for me at all.

Be careful while breaking the neck of the bottle.

Nourishing Cream

Without wiping off, massage sachet no. 4 all over face & neck, including eye area for 15 minutes and wipe off.

Ingredients

Extracts of Rosemary, Jasmine, Vitamin A,C,E and pure essential oils of Geranium, Vetiver & Peppermint.

My Experience

The massage cream is really creamy. It does work to give you a glow. Use a bowl of cold water to dip your hands in between the massage. Massaging helps improve blood circulation to the area. It also aids in the lymphatic drainage. The nutrients are absorbed in to the skin quickly too.

I have no negatives to say about this massage cream as it does what it intended to do.

Hydrating Gel

Mix together sachet nos. 5 and 6. Apply and leave on for 15 minutes. Wipe off.

Ingredients

Extracts of Seaweed, Lotus , Flax Seed, Aloe Vera and pure pure essential oils of Neroli, Rose & Lavender.

Face Pack

Ingredients

Organic Fruit Acid, Extracts of Orange peel, Clove and pure essential oils of Neroli, Orange.

My Experience

The face pack is supposed to be mixed with the hydrating gel before applying. It does hydrate my skin but does nothing else. 🙁 I did not see any changes after using this face pack.

Sunscreen

Apply sunscreen to ensure sun protection.

Ingredients

Extracts of Cucumber, Green Tea, Lemon, Aloe Vera, Octyl Methoxycinnamate, Benzaaphenone, Vitamins A,C,E & pure essential oils of Orange Blossom & Lavender.

My Experience

This sunscreen does not have a white cast. It is really creamy and hence it is easily absorbed when massaged or patted. I probably will not use this sunscreen as i do not think it will be as effective as a sunscreen with spf 50+++.

Pros

• Skin becomes soft and supple
• Hydrates and nourishes

Cons

• Does not really brighten the skin
• Did not remove sun tan
• Glow stays for 3 days only
• Does not have a physical scrub
• Single use facial kits not available

Is Bridal Glow Facial Good For Brides?

No matter the skin tone, it will definitely hydrate dry patches, impart a glow to your skin and it does reduce pore size too. 🙂

But, I would suggest this aroma magic facial kit for wheatish to fair skin only.

It is an average facial kit for darker skin tones as it does not remove tan or brighten the skin.

So choose according to your needs.
