I first bought flaxseed oil about 8 eight years ago for menstrual cramps. I included it in my diet along with apple cider vinegar which also has a positive effect on menstrual cramps. As i have a sensitive body, it does not do well with pain killer medications. My tummy hurts and becomes bloated and hence i turned to natural remedies to solve my health problems.
One bottle had 90 capsules. While i was taking these flax seed oil capsules, i noticed that my hair fall reduced and gradually it stopped. It was kind of a miracle for me as i was struggling to curb hair fall. It would not be an exaggeration when i say, Due to severe hair fall my hair volume reduced to half of what it was. 🙁
When i started having flax seed oil, I did not know that omega 3 fatty acids had an influence on hair, nails and skin. I have always had brittle nails but i never tried anything particular to treat this. I was self treating after reading articles on the internet.
