Apple

Apple cider vinegar is made from apples. First the sugar in the apple is turned in to alcohol by the fermentation process. The yeast and bacteria then helps ferment it again turning it from alcohol to acetic acid. This whole process takes about 2.5-3 weeks to complete.

It is super easy to prepare your own batch of apple cider vinegar. Just make sure to keep everything clean and use wooden spoon to mix everything together. This prevents molds and other bacteria from interfering the fermentation process.

The unfiltered apple cider vinegar’s muddy liquid part(Mother) that settles at the bottom has gut friendly bacteria, probiotics,  enzymes, antioxidants, potassium, amino acids(Protein strands) which is healthy for our body.

If you are on medications for diabetes, check with your doctor before taking ACV.
