Aroma Magic Gold Facial Kit Contains

Face Cleanser: Pale yellow in colour. This helps clean your face of all the dirt, sweat and sebum. Massage for about 3 minutes and wipe off

Protein bleach & AHA glow gel : Here we have to mix the powder that is protein bleach and the aha gel together. Apply an even layer. Wait for 15 minutes. It should be some what dry by then. Dip your fingers in cold water and massage slowly. Do not tug or pull the skin.

As for the next step, i applied steam to my face. Take out the black and white heads with the extraction tool. Wipe off with a damp cotton towel

Gold radiance gel: The galvanising tool is required for this step. But fret not. You can manage without it. Apply the gel evenly and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. Gently massage for 4 minutes before wiping off.

The pores in our skin should be open because of applying steam. Thus steaming helps with better absorption of the products in to our skin

Skin serum: Break the glass vial right at the neck and pat the serum on to the skin. Keep patting until it is fully absorbed. It took only 1-2 minutes for me. Do not wipe off.

Nourishing cream: Apply the nourishing cream and massage for 10-15 minutes. Dip your fingers in cold water often while massaging. This makes the massaging process bit easier. It also helps relax and soothe the skin. Cold helps constrict the blood vessels too. Wipe off the extra product.

Face pack: Apply the face pack and wait until it is partially dry. It took around 30 minutes for mine to start drying. Wash the face pack off and follow up with sunscreen in case you did the facial during the day time.

Avoid the sun as much as you can.

Face Cleanser

Step 1: Clean face with sachet no. 1 for 3 minutes. Wipe off with damp cotton.

Protein Bleach And A.H.A. Gel

Step 2: Make a paste of sachet nos. 2 & 3. Apply all over face and neck. Leave it on for 15 minutes. Massage gently for 3 minutes with damp fingers. Wipe off with damp cotton.

Gold Radiance Gel

Step 3: Apply one layer of sachet no. 4 all over face & neck and give Galvanic (+) current for 3 minutes.

Skin Serum

Step 4: Apply a layer of sachet no. 5 all over face & neck and leave it on for 3 minutes.

Nourishing Cream

Step 5: Massage with sachet no.6 for 10-15 minutes. Wipe off.

Face Pack

Step 6: Apply a layer of sachet no. 7 all over face and neck, avoiding the eye area, leave it on for 15 minutes and wipe off. Apply sunscreen to ensure protection

My Experience

Normal sensitive skin

My skin was certainly so soft and supple But, there was no instant brightness. Not even a little bit. My eyes kept stinging too. It wasn’t watery though. Unfortunately, It was not a glow that i saw the next day but a super oily dull face. 🙁  My face was slightly red after the facial which i thought may be due to massaging. But that did not go away even on the next day.

Hubby was like ‘ Why is your face dark?’

Something in this facial kit burned my skin and hence it turned red, dark and dull. Not to forget super oily. 🙁 Thank goodness, i did not use this before my friends wedding.

When i went to the mall the next evening, the sales girls tried to sell me compact as they thought my skin was naturally oily. Hubby handed me his handkerchief after seeing my oily face three times in four hours.

He kept asking me, What in the world did you do to your face? This is the first time my face had been this oily and dull. In other words, this facial was a disaster.

When i came home, i washed my face with Cetaphil cleanser.  My skin could breathe again. But it will definitely take up to a week for my skin colour to go back to normal.

I believe Gold facial kits are best suited for people of fairer skin tone. I have never had good results from any of the gold facial kits i have used before.

In short, This Aroma magic gold facial kit is not suited for sensitive skin. 🙁
